DU Admissions 2012: What is the eligibility criteria?

Custom Search

The Delhi University has released its first cut-off list on June 26. A common dilemma often faced by students is whether they should prefer college over course or vice-versa.

And also, one needs to understand that meeting the cut off alone isn't enough to secure admission in a particular college.

Students must know that the subjects which they choose for calculating their best of four varies not only course wise but also college wise. This is classified under the 'Additional Requirements' section in the individual cut-off list of every college, available on the DU's website.

Also, various colleges in DU offer relaxation for certain courses, especially for girls. This relaxation, again, varies from college to college.

Besides, one needs to carry original and self-attested documents with their photocopies and multiple passport size photographs when they go for admission.

Students also need to know that colleges tend to marginally vary their cut-offs for students who are switching streams which happens in the form of addition and relaxation. And if students wish to withdraw admission, all the documents are returned within a few hours to students.
